ROOF REPLACEMENT PROCESS

  • We walk along your roof to take photos. For steeper roofing systems, we will utilize a drone to capture photos.

  • We will provide you with a report that includes all photos of the damages.

  • If a roof replacement is necessary, we can assist with filing your insurance claim.

  • We will assess the scope of work and advocate for you to get proper value for your claim.

  • After your claim is approved, we will meet to select colors and schedule the roof installation. We will collect the deductible upon scheduling.

  • We will get to work on replacing your roof! The first insurance payment will be collected during this time.

  • We will assist you throughout the entire process. We notify the insurance of any discrepancies with the Scope of Loss (SOL). Once resolved, we finalize the process to get the claim completed and closed out. The final insurance payment will be released after this point to the homeowner.

  • We will conduct a final walk through, provide warranty paperwork, and collect final payment.
